How long does shipping take?

We offer two shipping options:

Aramex Courier – R100

- Delivery takes 3-5 business days after your package is booked.

- Orders are usually booked within 12-24 hours, unless stated otherwise.

PEP Paxi – R60

- Delivery takes 5-7 business days to your selected PEP store.

- You will receive a Paxi tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Nationwide Delivery: We ship across South Africa, and you can choose the best option at checkout.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Yes, we accept returns and refunds under certain conditions. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return.

What payment methods do you support?
